As a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of heavy goods vehicles. This dynamic position involves collaborating with our dealer network to resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving technical queries and reporting to HQ as needed
  • Communicate complex technical information to our network and end users with clarity and precision
  • Contribute to development projects for new products and services as part of a cohesive team
  • Establish strong relationships with internal departments to enhance products and services
  • Manage technical administration tasks including campaign delivery and subscription management

This role demands travel throughout Ireland to provide on-site support for technical issues and projects. A qualification in automotive, transport or mechanical engineering (Level 8 preferred) is essential, along with proficiency in communication and analysis skills. IT knowledge and technical report writing skills are also required.
