At our store, we are seeking a talented and motivated Food Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold deli products while ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively live our brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based.
  • Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas using portion control measures.
  • Cook, prepare, and display foods sold throughout the day.
  • Maintain the highest standards in counter displays across all fresh food departments.
  • Share knowledge, recipes, and personal recommendations with customers.
  • Deal with customer queries efficiently, professionally, and in line with store policy.

Requirements:

  • HACCP training is desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
  • Passionate about food and inspiring shoppers.
