Job Summary:

A commercially-minded finance leader to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance:
    • Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to guide business strategy
    • Ownership of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
    • Continuous improvement in evaluating and optimizing month-end close processes, accounts payable, and general ledger processes
  • Operations & Development:
    • Serve as liaison between senior leadership, clients, employees, and investors
    • Develop and implement business goals and targets
    • Identify new opportunities for growth and lead on future funding rounds
    • Deliver effective solutions to support changing business operations and offerings
    • Drive strategic planning process through in-depth analysis and reporting


Requirements:
  • Minimum third-level degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, accounting)
  • Professional accountancy qualification is desirable
  • Experience working in a start-up or growth stage company is desirable
  • Highly effective communicator with ability to manage stakeholders and communicate strategy
