Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking temporary catering staff for shifts in Galway.
  • Catering Assistants, Kitchen Porters, Deli Staff, and Baristas are needed to support our kitchen teams.
  • Our goal is to maintain the highest levels of service and cleanliness in the kitchen, adhering to HACCP regulations and cleaning procedures.
  • As a team player, you must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow direction.
  • Must have a valid work permit and good level of English. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and service.
  • Keep all kitchen areas clean and sanitized.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Ensure all utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are washed properly and stored correctly.
  • Coordinate equipment and ingredient deliveries.
  • Manage food storage areas and remove all rubbish.
  • Participate in food preparation tasks as required.
