Job Opportunity: Data Product Manager

We're seeking a driven and insightful Data Product Manager to assume key responsibilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate client challenges before proposing solutions that drive business growth.
  • Guide your squad in adopting a client-centric mindset using design thinking tools to create impactful solutions.
  • Organize user research sessions and design workshops to inform the product roadmap and optimize user experiences.
  • Gather insights from multiple inputs such as user feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize SQL or equivalent tools to retrieve and analyze data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Possess familiarity with data engineering concepts, including ETL processes and data warehousing to streamline data operations.
  • Draft product documentation including feature briefs and user stories to facilitate effective communication.
  • Maintain squad-level artifacts such as journey maps and storyboards to ensure cohesion across teams.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Provide assistance in diagnosing production issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Be inquisitive and analytical-defining product metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Adapt quickly to new subject areas and take initiative on projects to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a product management role within an IT environment.
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication skills-including strong presentation abilities to convey complex information effectively.
