Capital Projects Project Lead

This role is for an experienced project manager who will be responsible for delivering a series of construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- To lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- To develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- To identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4+ years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software.
- IOSH Managing Safety in Construction certification.
