Job Title: Capital Projects Project Manager

This role is for an experienced project manager who will be responsible for delivering a series of construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • To lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • To develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • To identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • IOSH Managing Safety in Construction certification.
