Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large civil infrastructure project in Limerick.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors, site team and other departments
  • Review processes on site and implement changes as required to complete the project on time and to a high level of quality.
  • Manage and mitigate operational risks
  • Ensure all works are completed to company standards
  • Personnel management, including scheduling, discipline and mentorship
  • Regularly report on site progress
  • Establish and maintain a strong health and safety culture on site

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience managing large sites
  • Subcontractor management skills
  • Full Driver's Licence
  • Right to Work in Ireland
  • Ability to travel - occasional site visits may be required
