Experienced Midwife Leader Required

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Midwife Manager to lead our postnatal services. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical and managerial abilities, with a proven track record of planning and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a registered midwife and demonstrate high motivation, exceptional communication, organizational, and planning skills. They will also have a strong background in leadership, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading postnatal services at a major hospital
- Providing guidance and support to midwives and other healthcare professionals
- Developing and implementing effective care plans for mothers and babies
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience as a registered midwife
- Highly motivated leader with exceptional communication, organizational, and planning abilities
- Proven background in planning and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
