Job Opportunity for Social Inclusion Nurses

We are seeking two experienced and dedicated staff nurses to join our healthcare team in social inclusion, working full-time in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of social inclusion services, working collaboratively with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.

The selected candidates will develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders, contributing to the development and implementation of effective care plans tailored to individual needs.

Requirements:
  • Valid nursing registration and experience in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
