We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our Sales Sourcing organization in the EMEA region. This individual will drive rapid growth in our Dublin office by cultivating a high-performing team of Sourcing Recruiters and implementing strategies to meet key hiring goals.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the development and growth of the Sourcing Recruiting team, driving accountability and performance across the EMEA Sales Region.
