Lead Physical Design Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned leader with expertise in Microprocessor Design and Advanced Techniques to spearhead our physical design team.


The Role
  • Drive the creation of new designs that meet business objectives.
  • Balance Power, Performance and Area while meeting strategic goals.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
  • Adept at working cross-functionally to identify and assess complex technical issues/risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical lead for focus area initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Represent CPU Cores to executive management from a technical perspective.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
