Job Description

We are seeking a skilled EHS professional to join our team as an Advisor. This full-time permanent role involves site visits and office-based duties, making it ideal for individuals with a construction or trade background.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive guidelines, processes, and documentation to ensure company compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.

  1. Implement and enforce required standards to safeguard employee well-being and protect the environment.
  2. Prepare and inspect Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) as well as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) documentation to identify potential hazards and ensure safe work practices.
  3. Conduct thorough administrative and site audits to verify adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and EHS standards.
EHS Responsibilities

The EHS Advisor will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring compliance among specialist subcontractors, agency personnel, and direct employees to maintain a safe working environment.
  2. Fostering relationships and maintaining a positive proactive presence on-site to ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and regulations.
  3. Leading and coordinating accident investigations, ensuring thorough reporting of incidents and implementing corrective and preventive measures to enhance EHS performance.
About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with regular travel to client sites in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced commercial environment.
