About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our client's acute hospital team in Tipperary. As a Staff Grade Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, as well as education and consultation. Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant policies and procedures. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the maintenance of a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:
A BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy is required, with CORU registration. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering patient-centred care are essential. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
