Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled React Native Android Engineer to join our team. This role will involve shaping the customer-facing capabilities that empower millions of users to gain insights from ratings and reviews. As part of this newly formed team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate complex requirements into clear technical designs.

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of apps integrations, demonstrating expertise across both Android and React Native technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will consistently deliver high-quality software solutions adaptable to evolving product requirements and prioritize team processes, automation, communication, and collaboration to bolster the team's velocity and output.

To succeed in this role, you must have considerable engineering experience and skills, driven by the desire to tackle tangible customer problems. You should have a comprehensive understanding of modern Android development and be familiar with the React Native ecosystem, including Redux for state management and React Navigation. You should also exhibit robust stakeholder management skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration with engineering peers, applied scientists, and product owners throughout the organisation.
