Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a critical role in our division.

About the Position:

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fire and security systems, with a strong background in maintenance and installation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect and test fire alarms, CCTV, access control, nurse call systems, disabled refuge systems, emergency lighting, and other security-related systems.
  • Install and commission new systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards at all times, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-call rota, responding promptly to emergencies and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the fire and security industry.
  • A valid driving license and ability to travel extensively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven diagnostic and fault-finding abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution.
  • A valid CSR Card is highly desirable.
