Job Opportunity: Community Health Nurse

We are recruiting Community Health Nurses to work in a family home environment, providing care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Essential Criteria

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Full registration with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Post-qualification experience working in a paediatric setting.
  • A good understanding of information technology.
  • Experience of working within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A valid driving license.
