Quality Assurance SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints and improvement processes, developing and reviewing quality metrics systems, ensuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements, conducting audits to ensure conformance and effectiveness of the quality system, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Customer Complaints and Improvement Processes: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  2. Develop and Review Quality Metrics System: Design and implement a quality metrics system to measure and track key performance indicators, providing insights for process improvements and cost reductions.
  3. Ensure Ongoing Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulatory requirements and ensure that our quality management system is compliant, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure conformance and effectiveness of our quality system, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement programs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum NFQ Level 7 degree or diploma in Science or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory affairs.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, excellent communication and influencing skills.
