Job Description

We are seeking experienced Care and Support Coordinators to join our team in Navan, Co. Meath. The successful candidates will have a strong understanding of person-centred care and will be able to support individuals in achieving their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and promote the rights and dignity of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care and support services for individuals in our Day Services
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service goals
  • QQI Level 7/8 Bachelors Degree in Social Care or a related field (e.g., Psychology)
  • Registered with CORU or started the application process for registration
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Full, clean manual driving licence (This is an essential requirement)
