About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all MEP systems, ensuring compliance with client specifications and requirements, and collaborating with quantity surveyors to track costs. They will also manage design consultants and sub-contractors, conduct safety inspections, and prepare site reports and designs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant trade background required

* Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK
* Must have good commercial awareness and be a client-facing individual
* Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous
