Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist to join our team in supporting manufacturing operations during the qualification of new clean rooms.

This challenging role requires strong technical skills and ability to work independently, with a focus on Environmental Monitoring tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a science discipline, preferably microbiology, and significant experience working in an aseptic cleanroom environment.

Duties include:

  • Monitoring and control of Grade 8/9 Cleanrooms
  • Environmental Monitoring of Grade 5/7 Cleanrooms & Isolators
  • Reading and analysis of Environmental Monitoring Plates
  • Bio Burden testing of water and disinfectants
  • Preparation and submission of technical reports
  • Water sampling and quality control
  • Testing of In Process samples such as Protein Concentration, Density and pH

The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of LIMS and LMES systems and have experience with regulatory compliance in cGMP manufacturing and testing of pharmaceutical products.

This is a demanding position that requires effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis.

This shift position involves a 4 cycle rotation, with 2 days of morning shifts followed by 2 nights of evening shifts, with a 35% shift allowance included.
