Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our Day Ward team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse leader to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered at all times
  • Developing and implementing effective nursing strategies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Registration with NMBI as an essential Nursing Diploma or greater
  • Minimum 5 years post-registration nursing experience, with a minimum of two years managerial/supervisory experience
  • Peri-operative course desirable
  • Experience in Orthopaedics desirable
