About the Role:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, identifying product requirements and guiding the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of products that meet customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive future improvements.
  • Keep the Delivery Squad focused on deliverables and maintain the focus across sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery squads.
  • Analyze key concern areas during sprint retrospectives and provide timely support to squad members as needed.

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a Delivery Manager role.
  • Extensive experience in managing Product Backlog and Development teams/squads.
  • Track record of delivering complex projects through agile processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
