Care Worker Welfare Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Care Workers to deliver exceptional welfare services to vulnerable individuals.
Responsibilities include:
Providing personal care and support, including assisting with daily living tasks and activities.
Engaging in recreational activities and promoting social interaction among service users.
Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless care delivery.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and social needs of our service users.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field.
Relevant alternative qualifications include: Social work, Psychology (Level 8), Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy Counselling / Psychotherapy Addiction Counselling Youth & Community Social Science Family Support Teaching Nursing Studies Disability Studies Applied Behavioural Analysis Early Years Care Applied Policing Higher Certificate in Custodial Care (Irish Prison) or Equivalent.
A full manual driving licence.
An ability to work effectively with young people and their families.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Willingness to be a positive role model as part of a care team.
