Scientist Opportunities in Laboratory Operations

This role involves contributing to laboratory establishment, equipment qualification, and documentation generation.

Duties:
  • Support laboratory operations within the facility by managing daily tasks, method verifications, troubleshooting, and executing studies.
  • Review and report laboratory data for batch generation and analysis of end-of-quarter and year reports.
  • Maintain and order laboratory stock, ensure routine cleans of laboratory equipment are completed according to site procedures.
  • Manage laboratory housekeeping standards, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and respond to requests from partners, customers, and clients.
  • Participate in functional meetings, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and support audits.
Requirements:
  • A degree qualification in biological sciences or engineering is preferred, with background in microbiology.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience working in a relevant academic or industry field, including internships and student placements.
  • Familiarity with biologics manufacturing and microbiological testing techniques, knowledge of laboratory systems, and GMP requirements.
