The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care assistants' schedules, managing data entry and filing, and liaising with the Coordinator and Supervisor to ensure sufficient care staff with the right skills mix are recruited.
- Using IT systems to allocate care staff to provide care and support to customers.
- Maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and updating databases as needed.
- Working flexibly as part of the team and applying policies and procedures at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all field-based care staff are appropriately allocated to customers so that care is delivered on time, safely, and in line with customers' wishes.
- Preparing reports as required by the Coordinator, Supervisor & Operations Manager.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, and serving as the first point of contact for care staff & clients.
