We are seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our tax business unit, focusing on providing tax advisory services for foreign-direct investment businesses.
Responsibilities include managing corporation tax compliance cases, working with partners on M&A assignments, and preparing tax technical memorandums.
- Manage corporation tax compliance cases
- Work with partners on M&A assignments
- Prepare tax technical memorandums
This role offers opportunities for growth and development within the firm, including a clear path to Director/Partner level.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- ITI and/or ACA or ACCA qualification
- Strong technical competence in corporate tax matters
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability in staff development and management
