Your New Role- Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain high-quality work on site by ensuring effective coordination among staff and resources
- Coordinate staff and internal resources to meet project objectives
- Manage project progress and adapt to changes as required
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and management to achieve project goals
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee all project documentation, including risk mitigation plans and project reports
- Conduct thorough project reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Prior experience as a Project Manager in Construction is essential
- A strong understanding of formal project management methodologies is required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills are necessary
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in a Construction-related field is preferred
