Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Sales Professional to join our client's team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in G10 fixed income and derivatives sales, with a proven track record of managing relationships with corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with large corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
- Drive sales and client engagement by identifying opportunities, presenting strategies, and delivering comprehensive product information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor market trends, assess client portfolios, and provide strategic advice to maximize investment returns.
- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring risk management best practices.
- Contribute to team growth and development through knowledge sharing and support of broader sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within G10 fixed income and derivatives sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income and derivative products, including market dynamics and financial instruments.
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) and excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on client success.
