About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Supervisor to lead our mechanical team at Euro Executive Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of mechanical systems on large-scale projects in the power generation and oil and gas sectors.

Your Background

  • You must have 10+ years of experience in a construction management or senior supervisory role, with a focus on power generation and oil and gas projects.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in team management, including supervising supervisors and craft personnel, is essential.
  • You should have excellent technical knowledge of piping installation, welding, testing, sloping, and handover processes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of project scheduling is also required.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks 3D model navigation, isometric drawings, and supervisor workpack monitoring is an advantage.
  • You should have good knowledge of construction health and safety requirements and the implementation of RAMS, SPAs, and other daily/weekly H&S requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of mechanical systems on large-scale projects.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities and teams effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with quality requirements associated with piping installation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Large-scale project experience is required.
  • Proven experience in supervising mechanical installations in construction or similar sectors is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage project activities and teams effectively.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role is required.
  • Power generation, industrial, or oil and gas experience is preferred.
