Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager Assistant to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.


Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Drive store sales performance by analyzing sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback. Use insights to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Business Planning: Support the Store Manager in planning and executing effective business strategies that deliver on sales targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Champion visual merchandising and product displays to reflect brand guidelines and maximize commercial impact.

Leadership
  • Team Building: Support in building, leading, and nurturing a diverse, inclusive, and engaged team to unlock their full potential and support their development.
  • Communication: Deliver clear and consistent communication, impactful feedback, and support with regular development conversations.
  • Role Modeling: Act as a trusted leader and role model, helping to embed our values across your team.

Customer Experience
  • Pandora Ambassador: Be a Pandora ambassador on the shop floor, bringing deep product knowledge, passion for storytelling, and a commitment to our brand values.
  • Customer Service: Inspire your team to create unique, personalized, and meaningful moments for customers by role modeling our selling ceremony.
  • Escalated Issues: Take ownership of excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and care.

Store Operations
  • Daily Tasks: Support in daily operational tasks including rotas, stock control, till operations, and managing security, health, and safety.
  • Staffing Levels: Plan staffing levels in line with commercial needs and seasonal trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure high shop floor standards, smooth stock management, and overall operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed commercial decisions
  • Experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
