Job Description

This position is responsible for managing and administering contracts, as well as assisting with the administration of transportation programs. This includes data collection, preparing cost estimates, packaging contracts, program administration, scheduling, and overseeing consultant staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Three years experience in reviewing construction plans and details to determine compliance.
  • Six months experience in planning, organizing, and directing crews involved in on-site sampling, testing, inspection, and documentation of construction progress and project completion.
  • Six months experience in project management, including planning, developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating projects to ensure objectives are met.
  • Three years experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve, inquire, and report on data.
  • Knowledge of staff supervision acquired through coursework, academic training, or performing as a lead worker overseeing the work of others.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
