Job Title: Programme Leader

This is a pivotal role for an ambitious, commercially astute programme management professional who can elevate the infrastructure, delivery and stakeholder engagement processes across the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full programme ownership from inception through delivery – planning, resourcing and execution
  • Liaise directly with stakeholders and internal technical teams to manage scope, timelines and quality
  • Drive programme delivery schedules, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement programme frameworks and reporting tools
  • Act as a key stakeholder contact and brand ambassador throughout the delivery phase

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in programme management within machine building, special purpose machinery or automation is essential
  • Strong stakeholder-facing skills with the ability to manage complex technical discussions
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines and multidisciplinary teams
  • Brings energy, ownership and structure to programme delivery
  • Existing network in automation or Med/Food/Auto sectors would be beneficial
