Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Lead Business Partner for Employer Solutions, ensuring the provision of timely and insightful reporting, results, and analysis.
  • Prepare regular financial management reporting including costs and sales.
  • Support the evaluation and preparation of business cases for strategic initiatives and wider business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using key management information systems.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Finance experience, ideally in a business partnering, FP&A or reporting role.
  • A strong commercial mindset and awareness with proven technical knowledge.
  • Proven track record demonstrating the ability to make sound decisions having analysed situations where issues have emerged.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to break down complex issues, articulate them clearly to senior stakeholders and work collaboratively to create a focused action plan.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and MS Office skills.
