Key Accountant Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accountant to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our tax practice and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Job Description:

As a Director, you will play a crucial role in helping us solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will work closely with our team of problem solvers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of accountants to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a management role in tax practice or a client-centric professional environment.
  • Extensive experience advising on tax structuring for private individuals and entrepreneurs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and develop client relationships.
