**Job Description:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Social Care Worker, working with residents with intellectual disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injuries. You will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support, including acting as a key worker for named residents, supporting residents with their daily plans, and assisting with their living skills.
**Requirements:**
- Candidates must hold a qualification at Level 7 or above that meets the criteria for registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and their application to service provision.
- Experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with persons with intellectual disabilities.
- Knowledge of Person Centred Planning.
- Knowledge of clinical and human resource policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.
- Familiarity with National Disability Standards (HIQA).
