Product Portfolio Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Portfolio Manager to oversee the development and launch of new products in our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning each product on the roadmap from cradle to grave, managing the entire product lifecycle, and ensuring that all requirements are met. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Marketing, to define product requirements, develop business cases, and drive product launches.

  • Gather and prioritize requirements, calculate ROI, and present the business case to stakeholders
  • Manage the product development process, including project management, acceptance testing, and product release
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Own and project manage all new product introductions, including training development and communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years' experience in BMS product management, engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of software, hardware, and firmware development processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including ability to provide hands-on technical product demonstrations and training
  • Articulate, positive attitude, motivated, and organized
  • Demonstrated strong project management and product leadership skills
