The key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily groupage collections and deliveries across Ireland and the UK
  • Managing freight movements through Dublin Port, ensuring accurate completion and submission of documentation and customs requirements
  • Communicating with hauliers, subcontractors, and customers to schedule and monitor shipments

The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Dublin Port operations, customs procedures, and port systems, as well as experience handling UK-Ireland freight movements post-Brexit.

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a road freight forwarding role, with a focus on groupage, is required. Proficiency in transport management systems and Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
