Job Title: Retail Store Design and Space Planning ManagerRetail spaces can make or break a brand's image. As our strategic Store Format & Space Planning Manager, you will be leading the charge on retail layout innovation across our nationwide store network.The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives on maximising retail real estate, turning data into design, and making every square metre count. They should have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in space planning leadership.
  • Lead a team in delivering best-in-class space planning and store layouts for 30+ stores
  • Owning the 'space to sales' ratio – optimising both micro and macro space strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, category, and store ops teams
  • Design layout plans using Blue Yonder and AutoCAD to support business growth
  • Create KPIs to commercialise planning performance
  • Drive promotional and core merchandising effectiveness, customer flow, and compliance
A successful candidate should possess:
  • 3+ years of experience in retail/FMCG space planning leadership
  • Proficiency with Blue Yonder (CKB) and AutoCAD
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Eye for detail and a nose for opportunity with strong visual understanding of space, layout, and planograms
  • Team leadership with proven experience in process and budget management
