Lead Sustainable Infrastructure Projects

As a key player in our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-profile projects. With a focus on infrastructure, energy, and environmental services, your expertise will drive business growth and excellence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, including national road schemes, greenway initiatives, and active travel programs. You will have the chance to develop your skills and take on new challenges as you progress towards a director-level position.

  • Drive project success by leading design teams to deliver results within budget and to quality standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and oversee communications across assigned projects.
  • Develop junior team members through mentorship and supervision.
Key Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer status with a degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in highway and active travel scheme design and project management.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and developing project budgets.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
