Senior Conference Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Conference Manager to deliver top-class conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present compelling client proposals
  • Manage programme costing and negotiate with suppliers
  • Lead client site inspection trips and execute confirmed programmes
  • Drive sales, marketing, and office operations
  • Supervise junior team members
Requirements:
  • At least three years' experience in senior conference management with a proven track record
  • A motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, strong IT skills, and willingness to travel
  • Fluency in verbal and written English essential
