This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing daily office operations, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administration, or sales/purchasing administration, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide proactive resolution of customer requests, manage the customer support desk, and build long-lasting positive customer relationships.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the daily operation of the office runs smoothly and efficiently, coordinate health and safety measures, and provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in customer support, administration, or sales/purchasing administration.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
