Early Years Educator Role

Shaping young minds as an Early Years Educator is a rewarding experience. In this dynamic role, you will foster a nurturing environment that empowers children to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement holistic early years education programmes that meet individual children's needs.
  • Ensure curriculum and activities align with relevant standards and frameworks, promoting centre success.
  • Provide engaging care and observations that facilitate colleagues, families, and children's progress tracking.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Care and Education.
  • Experience in childcare is preferred, but not essential.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Excellent communication, reliability, empathy, and attention to detail are essential skills for this role.
