Leading the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice

Job Overview:

The practice is seeking a Senior Associate level lawyer to spearhead restructuring and insolvency matters, including contentious issues.

  • Delivering high-level technical expertise on restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Providing practical solutions and strategies for clients by interpreting and analysing legal principles.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
