About the Role

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key part in motivating and coaching the store team alongside the Store Manager.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will ensure that store routines are optimized, the store is prepared for customers, and sales results are achieved.

Aligned with our Leadership Values, you will support the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the team directly on the store floor.

You will train your colleagues in customer-first approach, how to determine customer needs, and selling techniques.

You will set an example by actively selling and performing routine tasks within the store.

Additionally, you will contribute to creating a positive, high-energy environment where your team excels.
