Senior Care Manager

Nua Healthcare Services is a leading provider of residential and supported living services to individuals with complex needs. We are seeking a skilled Senior Care Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of health and social care regulations, and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate personal plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support plans.
- Deliver high-quality care and support to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to Health ACT 2007 and regulations 2013.
- Manage and lead staff teams to provide effective support to service users.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- A Level 7 or 8 degree in a health or social related field, or an equivalent qualification with management experience in healthcare.
- A full clean driver's license.
- A minimum of three years' experience as a manager in a similar health or social care setting.
