**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Laboratory Manager to lead our quality control laboratory team at Team Horizon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely testing and release of all aspects of our conjugation manufacture.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including ensuring that conjugate biological products manufactured are tested to specification on time and plant quality and safety goals are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining technical and systems excellence in the laboratory by implementing improved working practices in terms of efficiency, compliance and Right First Time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and identification methods. They will also possess excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in maintaining laboratory documentation and computerized systems compliance with Data Integrity policies.
The successful candidate will be an expert in their field and will have a proven track record in a leadership role. They will be proficient in using analytical equipment in a QC lab and will be able to identify and implement improvements in analytical practices.
