About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ambassador of Health and Wellness. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our extensive range of health and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in store
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their health and wellness needs
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to maintain a high standard of store presentation
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well within a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use in-store technology
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for our products and brand
