Job Description

Crisis Response Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Counsellor to join our Critical Incident Response team. As a Crisis Response Specialist, you will provide onsite and remote support to corporate customers across the Republic of Ireland.

Duties:
  • Face-to-face Counselling Services
  • Provide onsite and remote support for other companies
  • Recognised Diploma qualification in Counselling (Level 4 minimum)
  • Minimum 450 hours post-qualification, supervised client hours
  • Experienced in a similar role providing contracted counselling and managing own caseload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and electronic clinical record systems
Requirements:
  • IACP, APCP, IAHIP, NAPCP, ICP, PSI (or equivalent) registered Counsellor
  • CISM trained
  • Valuable experience working with diverse corporate customers
  • Regular debriefs post-delivery of onsite and remote support
