About the Role

As a key member of our team, we are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Junior Parts Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the motor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts enquiries in person, online, and over the phone.
  • Efficiently process parts orders and manage inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and implement effective inventory management systems.
  • Support the parts team in day-to-day operations and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Show reliability, punctuality, and a well-presented appearance.
  • Display strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Be fluent in English.
