**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Lease Administration Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the operational, financial, and contractual performance of our expanding portfolio in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
You will work closely with lessors/vendors and internal partner teams to ensure accuracy of our portfolio data points in order to mitigate risks and support portfolio optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting complex commercial contract language related to contractual obligations, SLAs, rent, tax, insurance, and maintenance clauses.
- Reviewing contract-related documentation and abstracting critical information.
- Reviewing, auditing, and processing rent in line with internal Spend & Transaction Policies and contractual terms to ensure landlord/vendor adherence.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree in Accounting, Legal, Finance, or related experience as a Lease Analyst, and minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in contract management or lease administration.
